Internal tools & dashboards
Stop running your business on messy spreadsheets. One dashboard that runs your daily workflow: jobs, quotes, stock, rotas. It never breaks when two people edit at once.
→ Hours back, every week
The 10-Day Build
Nothing falls through the cracks, nobody retypes anything twice, and you get your evenings back. The software is simply how we get there. Fixed price agreed before I start. You don’t pay the balance until it does the job. And you don’t have to take my word for any of it: a full system I built is live right now, and you can log in and use it in the next two minutes.
20 minutes, free, no pitch. You leave with a plan and an exact price. Both are yours to keep even if you never hire me.
01 · The problem
The shared sheet someone overwrites. The request that vanished into a WhatsApp thread. The tool you pay for every month that does 60% of what you need. The job only one person knows how to do, and they’re on holiday.
Off-the-shelf doesn’t fit how you work. An agency wants £20k and three months. A cheap freelancer takes the deposit and disappears.
There’s a better option for a business your size.
02 · What I build
Most owners can describe the bottleneck but not the software that fixes it. That's my job, not yours. Here are the four fixes I build most.
Stop running your business on messy spreadsheets. One dashboard that runs your daily workflow: jobs, quotes, stock, rotas. It never breaks when two people edit at once.
→ Hours back, every week
Give your customers a secure login to view invoices, track job progress, or raise requests without ringing you. You stop being the switchboard.
→ Fewer interruptions, happier clients
A fast, modern website built to turn your local traffic into booked jobs and paying leads. Not a brochure that sits there.
→ Visitors become enquiries
Got a software idea for your industry? I build the first working version fast, so you can put it in front of real customers and start earning while others are still pitching slide decks.
→ Idea to market in days, not months
Not sure which one you need? That’s exactly what the call is for. Describe the bottleneck and I’ll tell you what I’d build. If off-the-shelf software already solves it, I’ll say so.
Describe your bottleneck →03 · The offer
A system built around how your business actually works, live in ten working days. You stop firefighting and get your week back.
What you get
Founding-client rate · 3 spots left
That’s 50% off. You save £1,000. Bigger scope? Same deal: half of whatever your fixed quote is.
In exchange, you let me publish a detailed case study of your build. The price is fixed and agreed in writing before I start. When the 3 spots are gone, they’re gone.
After launch, two ways to run it. Your choice.
Take the code and the plain-English guides and run it yourself. You own 100% of the IP and can hand it to any developer, any time.
Don’t want to think about servers? I host it, keep it updated, and fix anything that breaks. Cancel any time.
You own the code and the IP either way. Managed hosting is a convenience, never lock-in.
The whole point
“I make 3000 decisions so you only have to make about 3.”
Your 3
What hurts most. What v1 has to do. Yes or no.
My 3000
The design, the database, the edge cases, the hosting, the backups, the security. Every decision that usually turns “get some software built” into a second job.
Free. 20 minutes. No pressure, just a plan.
04 · How it works
01
No pitch. Tell me what’s slowing you down and I’ll tell you honestly whether a 10-day build fits.
02
I write up exactly what I’ll build: scope, price, what’s in v1 and what isn’t. You approve it, or we revise until it’s right.
03
The price is fixed and agreed in writing first. The balance isn’t due until it works.
04
Frequent updates the whole way, so you always know where it’s at. No black box, no radio silence.
05
Live in accounts you own, with a plain-English guide. Then self-host it free, or I run it for you on a managed plan.
The 10-Day Build · Day 1 → 10
Day 1Phase 1 / 5
A focused call to map exactly how your business works. We agree what v1 does, and deliberately what it doesn’t.
Days 2–3Phase 2 / 5
I design the data model: the invisible part that decides whether the system still works in two years.
Days 4–7Phase 3 / 5
The actual application. Your forms, your dashboard, your automation, built in parallel.
Days 8–9Phase 4 / 5
Testing, the details that make it feel finished, the user guide, production-ready.
Day 10Phase 5 / 5
Live, in your hands, in accounts you own.
05 · Proof
Most agencies show you a slide deck and ask you to picture it. I built an entire company’s operations software end to end, so you can log in, use it, and read every line of its code before you spend a penny. No real client, nothing hidden. It’s a preview of your build, not a portfolio piece.
Before
I built the complete system a real property manager would need. Meet Oakwood: 3 staff, around 80 rental properties, maintenance requests arriving by email, text and WhatsApp, tracked in a shared spreadsheet that broke the moment two people edited it at once.
After
One public form for tenants. One dashboard for the team. Three automated emails. Nothing lost. The build itself took about three days. The 10-Day Build wraps that speed in discovery, your revisions, your accounts, and a proper launch.
The detail that matters
Property addresses are snapshotted onto each request, so correcting or removing a property later never quietly breaks the history of old jobs. That kind of decision doesn’t show up in a demo. It decides whether software survives contact with the real world.
Made-up details welcome.
06 · Why trust me
Both projects are live. Don’t take my word for it. Go click around.
Both are open source (MIT). You (or any developer you know) can inspect the quality yourself. Almost no one does this. I do.
Fixed price. No balance until it works. You own 100% of the code and IP, in your name. Self-host it free, or let me run it for £50/month and cancel any time. The code stays yours. No lock-in.
No account managers, no junior devs, no agency overhead. Senior judgment on every decision.

“Hi, I’m Kiran Chahal. I build the software, I talk to you directly, and I put my name and reputation on every project. No team to hide behind. That’s exactly the point.”

07 · FAQ
A 10-Day Build starts at £2,000, fixed. Right now the founding-client rate is 50% off the first builds, so a £2,000 build costs £1,000 (bigger scopes get the same 50% off their fixed quote). 3 spots left. The exact figure depends on how many moving parts your system needs. After a free 20-minute call you get one number in writing, and it never changes mid-build. No hourly billing, no surprises. For comparison, agencies typically quote five figures and months for the same class of system.
Ten working days from deposit to launch, to a scope agreed in writing first. Day 1 is discovery, days 2–3 the data model, days 4–7 the build, days 8–9 polish and testing, day 10 launch, live in accounts you own. The 20-minute call and your fixed quote happen before the clock starts, so first call to launch is typically two to three weeks.
If an off-the-shelf tool genuinely fits how you work, use it. If that’s your situation I’ll say so on the call. Custom wins when you’re paying monthly for something that does 60% of the job, gluing subscriptions together with spreadsheets, or bending your process around someone else’s product. A custom system fits how your business actually runs, you own it outright, and there’s no per-seat fee creeping up every year.
The scope is locked before we start. That’s what keeps it to ten days. If something on my end runs over, that’s on me, not your bill. The price is fixed regardless.
Every build comes with a 30-day warranty. If something I built breaks in that window, I fix it free. After that you own the code and the accounts outright. Host it yourself and any developer can maintain it, or I can host, update and fix it for you on a managed plan (£50/month, cancel any time).
You own 100% of it: code, accounts, IP, transferred into your name on your final payment. After launch you choose how to run it. Host it yourself for free and hand it to any developer tomorrow, or let me manage hosting, updates and fixes for £50/month. The managed plan is cancel-anytime and the code stays yours either way. No lock-in.
Your choice. Self-host and it costs you nothing beyond your own server bill. You have the code and the plain-English guides. Or I host it on my infrastructure and handle updates, backups and any fixes for £50/month, cancel any time. Either way you own the code and the IP. Managed is purely a “don’t think about servers” convenience.
Yes. The founding-client rate is 50% off the first builds, so a £2,000 build costs £1,000. In exchange, you let me publish a detailed case study I can show future clients. There are 3 spots left. Once they’re gone, it’s the standard price.
Then we talk. Some things fit ten days, some don’t. I’ll tell you straight which yours is, and the options either way.
The three days was the build. Your ten days also cover discovery (mapping how your business actually works), your feedback and revisions, real data, deployment into accounts in your name, and a proper handover. The speed is why all of that fits in ten days at this price. It’s not a reason to rush the parts that make it yours.
I use an AI-accelerated workflow to build faster. That’s how ten days is possible. The architecture, the judgment, and the quality bar are mine, and the code is open for you to inspect. Speed comes from better tools, not cut corners.
You’re looking at the answer. This site and both demos are mine.
